Work
At Glide I work on the marketing site: landing pages that load fast and read well, components in the design system, A/B tests and the conversion funnel behind them, and the SEO and performance work that keeps it all measurable. The kind of engineering where “getting the visuals right” is part of the job description.
Before that, I spent a few years volunteering with She Code Africa, helping more African women get into and grow in technical careers.
And sometimes things get built just for the joy of it:
Away from the keyboard
I train as an amateur endurance athlete — running came first, the bike is a newer habit. The hours that don't go to training go to family and friends. Malta suits all of it: sea on every side, warm most of the year, and hills that punish complacency.
